This isn't Mississippi Anymore
September 1st, Josh changed not just jobs, but careers. He has been preparing for a full-time ministry postion for several years, and this is the year he was blessed with one. In June, we accepted the position as associate pastor (of Music/Youth/Small Groups) at Choctaw Church of the Nazarene in Choctaw, OK, and actually started in September. Our move and transition was made easier by all of our friends. Our wonderful friends in MS who hated to see us leave helped load us up anyway. Then, wonderful friends that we hadn't even met yet helped to unload us and make us feel at home and loved right away in OK. We are so blessed! Here's the moving caravan. We originally did not plan for the trailer behind the suburban. Who knew we had so much stuff? |
